Ruqayyah B.

Ruqayyah B. is a qualified professional with diverse experience in education and support roles. Currently serving as an NSPCC practitioner since February 2022, Ruqayyah previously worked as a personal progress tutor at Joseph Chamberlain Sixth Form College from September 2018 to February 2022. Earlier experience includes positions as a call center agent and customer service assistant at Big John's, and roles as a student ambassador and education mentor at the University of Birmingham. Ruqayyah holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Birmingham (2015-2018) and a Master's degree in Clinical Applications of Psychology from Birmingham Newman University (2018-2021).
