Natasha Hudson Maicd

Natasha Hudson MAICD is a seasoned leader in workforce initiatives and strategic policy with extensive experience in the public sector. Currently serving as Director of Workforce Initiatives (Early Childhood Outcomes) and Director of the Office of the Chief Operating Officer at the NSW Department of Education, Natasha has previously held directorial roles at the NSW Department of Planning and Environment and led various management initiatives at Impact Care Solutions. As the Principal Strategist and Owner of Coforte Consulting, Natasha has focused on social reform and capacity building. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Toronto and ongoing studies for a Collaborative Graduate Degree in Comparative, International, and Development Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto.
