Vinicius Mansur

Vinicius Mansur is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in maintenance coordination and PCM. Currently serving as Coordenador de Manutenção e PCM at NTS - Nova Transportadora do Sudeste since August 2022, Vinicius previously held the same title at Anglo American from June 2014 to August 2022, focusing on the technical and personal development of maintenance teams and operational budget management. Vinicius began the career as Engenheiro de Processos, leading structural integrity inspections, and has also contributed as Engenheiro de Integridade at Samarco, where responsibilities included developing inspection plans for structural integrity. Earlier experience includes a role as Analista Industrial at USIMINAS, enhancing equipment availability in steel production. Educational achievements include an MBA in People Management with an Emphasis in Organizational Leadership from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a specialization in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on pipelines and terminals from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, as well as a degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto.
