Heng Huang

Heng (Henry) Huang serves as an Investment Director at TDK Ventures, overseeing a $350M technology-focused venture fund that invests in early-stage deep-tech startups. Additionally, Heng is an investor in multiple companies, including E-Space, Nubis Communications, SILICON BOX, Groq, Analog Inference, Agility Robotics, metalenz, actnano, and XCOM Labs, focusing on various innovative technologies such as sustainable satellite networks, optical interconnects, AI infrastructure, and advanced semiconductor packaging. Heng holds an EMBA from The Wharton School, a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Science from the University of Science and Technology of China.
