Tracey Chavis is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in various HR roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Nucor Buildings Group since January 2021, Tracey previously held positions such as Assistant Human Resources Manager at Global Safety Textiles and Assistant Human Resources Director at ETC of Henderson, Inc. Extensive experience includes managing human resources operations, data analysis, payroll processing, employee relations, and compliance with policies and procedures. Tracey holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Claremont Lincoln University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, complemented by an Associate degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Vance-Granville Community College.
