Leo Radicchi

Leo Radicchi is a seasoned quality control professional currently serving as QC Supervisor at Nucor Corporation since October 2023. Prior to this role, Leo held the position of Quality Assurance and Tech Service Manager at Optimus Steel, LLC, where a comprehensive Quality System was developed and implemented without operational disruption during a transition in ownership. Leo’s experience also includes serving as Quality Assurance Manager at Gerdau Long Steel North America, where procedures were modified to enhance process efficiency and profitability. As Regional Quality Manager at Gerdau Long Steel Brazil, Leo successfully supported QA strategies across multiple plants, fostering teams capable of independent operation while maintaining international product standards. Leo Radicchi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and a post-graduation in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral.
