Spencer McCarthy

Spencer McCarthy, CISSP, is a seasoned IT security and infrastructure professional with extensive experience in network and security engineering. Currently serving as the Principal Infrastructure Engineer at Nuffield Health since November 2019, Spencer holds multiple leadership roles within the organization, focusing on operational infrastructure and security. Prior to Nuffield Health, experience included a directorial role at McCarthy Technology Services Ltd and various engineering positions at the BBC, Atos, and Allianz Insurance, where significant contributions were made to network design, security compliance, and the implementation of resilient infrastructure solutions. Spencer's career began as an IT Analyst at Object Support Ltd, and education includes a BTEC in Computer Studies from East Surrey College.
