Jake Donald

Jake Donald is an experienced MR/CT Field Service Engineer at Numed, Inc. since December 2022, following a role as an Imaging National Support Specialist at Sodexo where responsibilities included providing remote technical support and training to Imaging Service Engineers nationwide. Prior experience includes a decade as a Diagnostic Imaging Field Engineer at GE Healthcare, focusing on MRI technologies, and a position as a Field Engineer at Radiometer America, where installation and regulatory testing were key tasks. Jake's career began in the US Army, where as a Squad Leader, management of a team and a multi-million dollar inventory were essential duties, along with mentoring recruits in technical skills. Jake holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Lakeland University and has also attended Milwaukee Area Technical College.
