Amjad AlGhanim is an accomplished UX/UI Design Section Head and Digital Senior Specialist in the Customer Experience Department at the National Unified Procurement Company (NUPCO) since July 2021. With prior experience as a UX/UI Engineer at the Ministry of Justice in Saudi Arabia and extensive project management roles in the Ministry of Labor and Social Development, Amjad has developed expertise in project management, change management, and customer service initiatives. Amjad's academic background includes a Master's degree in Software Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from King Saud University, complemented by a Nano Degree in Front End Development from Udacity and further studies at General Assembly.
