Annamaria Mocciaro

Annamaria Mocciaro is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in the fields of cell and molecular biology, particularly in T cell applications and genome editing. Currently serving as Associate Director and previously as Senior Scientist at Nurix Therapeutics since December 2020, Annamaria has significantly contributed to the advancement of therapeutic approaches. Prior experience includes a role as Staff Scientist at Berkeley Lights, Inc., focusing on T cell applications on optofluidic platforms from May 2016 to December 2020. Annamaria's academic background includes a doctorate from Heidelberg University, where research centered on ubiquitin ligases and their implications in cancer cell aneuploidy and stem cell differentiation during a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of California, Berkeley from November 2010 to March 2016. Annamaria holds a Master's degree in Biological Sciences from Università degli Studi di Palermo.
