Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Nurses for Newborns is responsible for setting the strategic direction and ensuring the overall effectiveness of the organization. The Chief Executive Officer oversees all operations and represents the organization publicly. The Chief Financial Officer manages financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. The Chief Development Officer (CDO) spearheads fundraising efforts and donor relations, while the Chief Nursing Officer ensures the delivery of high-quality nursing care and the implementation of healthcare programs. Together, they guide the organization in achieving its mission to provide a safety net for at-risk families and promote infant health.
