Audrey Anderson

Audrey Anderson, M.Ed., is an accomplished Training and Development Manager at NuScale Power, where responsibilities include managing corporate training programs and coordinating technical training to develop talent for over 550 individuals. Prior to this role, Audrey served as a Training Supervisor and Senior Instructional Specialist, liaising across departments to enhance classroom training and assessments. Audrey co-owned Vinyl Technologies Inc., focusing on technical manual creation and product training for various stakeholders. Additional experience includes teaching Language Arts, Social Studies, and Entrepreneurial Business at McCurdy Schools, as well as coordinating the Alternative Language Services program for English language learners within the Salt Lake City School District. Audrey holds a Master of Education in Cognitive Development from Westminster University, and has completed the Fluor - Harvard New Leadership Program in Business Administration and Management, along with obtaining a TESOL License and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Utah.
