Andres Hurtado

Andres Hurtado is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in managing operations across Latin America. Currently serving as Vice President of Latin America at Nutanix since September 2013, Andres oversees all operational aspects in the region. Prior to this role, Andres held the position of Director for Latin America at Riverbed Technology from January 2007 to September 2013, where responsibilities included managing sales and P&L across several countries including Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Peru. Andres also served as Director, Latin America at NetApp from February 1998 to January 2007, played a crucial role in developing the Latin American market for the company, and was a Sales Manager for Latin America at Legato Systems from 1996 to 1998. Earlier in the career, Andres managed the finance sector sales team at IBM from 1987 to 1996, overseeing the largest sector in the company. Andres holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a degree in Computer Software Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
