Vishal Arhatia

Vishal Arhatia is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Director of Engineering at Nutanix since February 2018. In this role, Vishal has overseen the orchestration and management of applications across diverse cloud environments, enhancing IT agility and enabling self-service operations. Previous positions at Nutanix include roles as Director of Strategy and Tech Operations and Chief of Staff, where successes include establishing an agile release framework and driving key upgrade features for federal customers. Prior to Nutanix, Vishal held various leadership positions at Infinera, managing software development teams and contributing to significant product launches. Additional entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding BikeServe and serving as Product Manager at B4mcommerce. Vishal holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
