Dustin Sersland

Dustin Sersland, PE, currently serves as the Superintendent of Mine Planning and Services at Nutrien since May 2022. With over two decades of experience in engineering, maintenance, and operations across various companies, including United States Gypsum, Rio Tinto, Schlumberger, and several others, Dustin has developed a robust expertise in the field. Dustin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering from Montana Technological University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, earned between May 2020 and March 2022.
