Kayla Horswood

Kayla Horswood is an Engineer-in-Training at Nutrien since May 2023, having previously held roles as a Mine Engineering Summer Student and Intern in the same company from May 2022 to August 2022 and May 2020 to August 2021, respectively. Kayla has also contributed to the field of education as an Indigenous STEM Outreach Instructor at Queen's University in the summer of 2019. Earlier experience includes working as a Junior Mechanic at Tuttle's Small Engine Repairs from May 2017 to August 2018. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Queen's University, completed in April 2023.
