Kees Kruythoff

Kees Kruythoff is an experienced leader in sustainable food and investment sectors, currently serving as Thematic Chair for Sustainable Foods at Summa Equity since October 2023, where the focus is on aligning investment strategies with sustainable development goals. Additionally, Kees holds leadership roles at several companies including Nutris as Chairman, which aims to promote plant-based food systems, and Nicoya as Executive Chairman, focusing on food technology. Kees is also an active Senior Advisor at Bain Capital specializing in Consumer Goods, and a Board Member at 1440 Foods and RCL FOODS. Previously, Kees held positions such as Chairman and CEO at LIVEKINDLY Collective, which advocates for plant-based living, and co-founded IMAGINE, dedicated to addressing climate change and inequality. Kees possesses a degree in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
