Samir Zabaneh

Samir Zabaneh serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board of Directors at TouchBistro since January 2018. Additionally, Samir holds positions as a Board Member at Nuvei, ACI Worldwide, and Seeds of Peace since 2022, and previously served as a Member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Risk Committee at AST Trust Company (Canada) until May 2021. Samir has extensive experience in financial leadership, having held roles as Executive Vice President at First Data Corporation, and Chief Financial Officer at Element Fleet Management, Heartland Payment Systems, and Moneris Solutions. Samir also contributed as Managing Director and CFO at Fortress Investment Group. Academic qualifications include an M.Sc. in Finance from Boston College, an MBA in Management from Suffolk University, and a B.Sc. in Accounting from Northeastern University.
