Kevin Vatanabe

Kevin Vatanabe is a Salesforce Administrator at Nuvemshop since January 2022, responsible for the technical management of the Salesforce CRM within the Nuvem Envio business unit. Key contributions include the development of operational and commercial process automation, implementation of scalable projects aligned with business rules, creation of performance indicators, and maintenance of user access structures within the CRM. Kevin also designs dashboards and reports for stakeholders, conducts training for the sales team, and integrates multiple CRMs using Zapier. Prior to Nuvemshop, Kevin served in various roles at Mandaê, starting as an intern in Sales Operations and advancing to Salesforce Administrator. Kevin holds a degree in Analysis and Development of Systems from FIAP and a technical degree in Informatics from ETEC Professor Basilides de Godoy.
