As Nuvolo's Solution Architect, you will leverage your core background and experience delivering client-focused solutions to drive operational quality and excellence within our consulting and implementation services. You will help our clients by implementing innovative solutions using a best practice development, documentation and delivery models while proactively identifying and closing project gaps. It is expected that you will lead the delivery projects from a technical perspective. It is also expected that you will play a leading role in growing the business by establishing strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture and design of Nuvolo implementations, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical standards
Collaborate with project stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into technical solutions
Lead the delivery and deployment of Nuvolo implementations and the transformation of our clients from legacy solutions to their new solution
Provide oversight and expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices and ensure the solution adheres to governance, security, and compliance standards
Provide mentorship and guidance to the technical implementation team
Collaborate closely with Engagement Manager to define scope, timelines, and resource needs
Assist with project planning and contribute to project delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Deliver presentations to stakeholders focusing on takeaways and answering questions clearly
Build credibility and trust with business partners to unveil complexities and nuances of the business and its processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with different organizations to improve efficiency, processes, products and increase client satisfaction
Demonstrate and educate clients on products, functionality, new features, and industry standards
Assist in the identification of opportunities for upselling additional features or services based on client needs and goals
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in related field
ServiceNow Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator & ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
Enterprise Architecture methodologies and frameworks such as ITIL
Knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum
