Nina Spithost

Nina Spithost is a seasoned professional in education and innovation, currently serving as a participant in the WIN4SME's Erasmus+ COVE project, which aims to transform workplace innovation in European businesses. Nina holds multiple roles at NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences, including Program Manager for associate degrees and involvement in lifelong learning initiatives. Previously, Nina has contributed to various educational and organizational development projects, including a significant tenure as a Lifelong Learning consultant. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Culture & Change and extensive training in NLP and leadership programs. Nina also operates an educational coaching and consulting business while engaging in various committees focused on higher education transformation in the Netherlands and Flanders.
