Yorben Versluys

Yorben Versluys is an experienced professional currently serving as a Learning & Development Coordinator at Redix Studios since May 2023, where the focus is on the design, implementation, and evaluation of internal training and coaching programs to foster a culture of continuous innovation and improvement. In addition, Yorben holds positions as a Panelist for NVAO, reviewing and visiting educational organizations for accreditation purposes, and contributes to Ghent University, representing the student body in various committees and councils. Yorben also manages student participation in the ENLIGHT network as an ENLIGHT coordinator and has experience as a Programme Assistant at Artevelde University of Applied Sciences, focusing on curricular transformation and self-regulated learning frameworks. Previous roles include serving as a role model for Ghent University, president of the faculty student council, study coach, SUG coordinator at gameWise, and communication coordinator for Gemeente Lievegem. Yorben is pursuing a Master of Science in Pedagogical Sciences from Ghent University and has completed additional courses in innovation, gamification, and global engagement.
