Stefan Lenzhofer - Cyber Security and Strategy

Stefan Lenzhofer is a seasoned professional in cyber security and strategy, currently serving as Country Manager Austria and Cyber Security Leader at NVISO Security since February 2023. Previously, Stefan held the role of Group Chief Information Security Officer at OMV from July 2021 to January 2023 and served as Chief Information Security Officer and Head of Austrian Energy CERT at nic.at GmbH from February 2018 to June 2021. With a strong foundation in IT security, Stefan was a Senior IT Security Analyst at CERT.at/GovCERT.gv.at/Austrian Trust Circle/nic.at from December 2010 to February 2018. Early in the career, Stefan contributed as a writer at TÜV Media GmbH and worked as an IT Security Expert and Penetration Tester at the Federal Office for Information Security. Stefan's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Information Security Management and a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Media Security from the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, as well as ongoing studies toward a Master of Science in Software Engineering and Internet Computing at Vienna University of Technology.
