Phil Ruzbarsky

Phil Ruzbarsky is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and operational roles, currently serving as Regional Special Assignments Manager at NVR, Inc. since May 2013. Ruzbarsky has held various positions within NVR, including Project Manager for Commercial Construction and Production Supervisor. Prior to this, Ruzbarsky worked as an IT Software Consultant at Xerox from September 2012 to April 2013 and was a dedicated student athlete at the University of Richmond, where Ruzbarsky graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, focusing on Management and Operations, from the Robins School of Business in 2012. Ruzbarsky was a four-year starter and senior captain on the varsity baseball team during college. Educational background also includes a high school diploma from Westminster Senior High School, obtained in 2008.
