Matt Hilzinger

Matt Hilzinger is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in corporate governance and financial leadership. Currently serving as an independent member of the Board of Directors at NWH since March 2021 and at Fuel Cell Energy since 2015, Hilzinger has a strong background in financial management. Prior to these roles, Hilzinger was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at USG from 2012 until May 2019, and served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Exelon from 2002 to 2012. Hilzinger earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Michigan between 1981 and 1985.
