John Vollrath

John Vollrath is an experienced educator and engineer with a diverse background in teaching and electronics. Currently, John serves as a Mathematics Teacher at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, focusing on Trades Math for adult learners since January 2014. Prior to this role, John worked as a Designer at Séura, where responsibilities included creating Solidworks 3D CAD mechanical and electrical shop drawings from January 2016 to January 2023. John also held positions as an Electronics Instructor and Chair of the School of Electronics at ITT Technical Institute, teaching various electronic topics and managing department activities from June 2004 to December 2015. Earlier experience includes instructing General Studies at Rasmussen College/Deltak edu, Inc., working as an Electronics Engineer at SMT Engineering, and serving as a Research/Product Engineer at Miller Electric Mfg. Co. John holds a Master's degree in Education with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
