Elango Pandiyan

Elango Pandiyan is a seasoned leader in software and solutions development with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Director of SW & Solutions at NXP Semiconductors since August 2016, Elango oversees innovative cloud-based identity, mobility, and security solutions. Prior experience includes directing the Services SW & Operations at TomTom, where responsibilities encompassed product management for navigation devices, and leading a diverse engineering team at Nokia while managing application development for smartphones. Earlier roles included leadership positions at Motorola and Siemens, focusing on quality assurance and testing for mobile software platforms. Elango holds an engineering degree in Information Technology from PSG College of Technology.
