Heinz Bonnenberg

Heinz Bonnenberg has over 30 years of experience in the semiconductor and electronics industry, currently serving as SoC Implementation Manager and SoC Lead at NXP Semiconductors since April 2017. Previous roles include Program Manager at Micronas and Espros Photonics Corporation, and Senior Manager at Qimonda AG, with a focus on competitor analysis, strategic technical marketing, and process improvements. Heinz held positions at Giesecke&Devrient, where business development in security was emphasized, and at Micronas as Senior Manager IC Design, overseeing project management for IC designs. Early career contributions at Infineon Technologies included establishing a semicustom design flow, while leadership at Siemens Schweiz AG involved telecom IC development.
