Cheryl Lynne Kennedy, PMP® is an experienced professional with a diverse background in grant management, contract negotiation, and economic development. Currently serving as Contracts Manager at The Research Foundation for SUNY, Cheryl oversees the review and negotiation of research contracts across more than 50 departments, ensuring compliance with various regulations. As Principal Consultant at Reynard & Rook, LLC, Cheryl has successfully secured over $8 million in funding for nonprofit clients. Previous roles include Executive Director at Tech Valley Center of Gravity, Publications Director at Welfare Research, Inc., and Economic Development Director for the City of Troy, New York. Cheryl holds a Graduate Certificate in Grants and Proposals from Texas Tech University, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities and a Master’s Degree in English Literature from Excelsior University.
