Isha Patel

Isha Patel is a Senior Policy Advisor for Public Solar & Adaptation at the NYC Mayor's Office of Climate & Environmental Justice since January 2025. Previously, Isha held multiple roles at the New York City Economic Development Corporation from March 2019 to November 2024, including Assistant Vice President and Senior Project Manager, overseeing complex infrastructure and strategic planning initiatives such as the Fidi Seaport Climate Resilience Plan and Hunts Point Forward project. Isha also served as a Social Impact Associate at EILEEN FISHER, focusing on human rights in the supply chain, and gained experience as an Elections Outreach Assistant at Change.org and various internships in urban planning and engineering. Isha holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
