Kevser Ulukaya

Kevser Ulukaya is a Clinical Quality Assurance Consultant at New York State Technology Enterprise Corporation (NYSTEC) since January 2023. Previously, Kevser served as a Clinical Quality Improvement Professional at Humana for a year, where responsibilities included leading onsite clinics for patient care and providing telephonic education to manage chronic conditions. Prior experience includes working as an Occupational Health Nurse for the United States Postal Service, conducting case management and educating employees on health protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic. Kevser also worked as a Registered Nurse at St. Peter's Health Partners, developing individualized patient care plans, and as an Infant Teacher Assistant at Tutor Time earlier in the career. Kevser holds a Master's degree in Health Informatics from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and additional education from Russell Sage College.
