Karthik Lakshmanan

Karthik Lakshmanan is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on research and design in the medical and telecommunications fields. Currently serving as a Research Engineer at NYU Langone Medical Center since April 2012, Karthik previously held positions including Senior RF Coil Engineer at GE Healthcare, where responsibilities included leading the design of a 16-element, 16-channel head neck array. Karthik's past roles also encompass research engineering at Invivo Corporation and RF design engineering at GE Healthcare, as well as RF engineering at Andrew Corporation. Karthik holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Madras.
