Sarah McIlroy

Sarah McIlroy is an experienced rugby professional currently serving as the Women’s Rugby Participation Manager for the Northern Region at New Zealand Rugby since February 2021. Previously, Sarah held multiple roles at North Harbour Rugby Union from July 2016 to February 2021, including Rugby Manager for Women’s and New Groups and Women's Rugby Development Officer. In addition, Sarah completed a secondment as the Women's Rugby Development Manager for the Blues Region with New Zealand Rugby from November 2018 to June 2019, while still contributing to Harbour Rugby. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Physical Education with Honours in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from the University of Otago between 2012 and 2015.
