Cristen Dalessandro

Cristen Dalessandro, PhD, is a seasoned researcher currently serving as a Senior Researcher at O.C. Tanner since May 2021. Prior to this role, Cristen worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at University of Utah Health from August 2019 to May 2021 and held the position of Visiting Assistant Professor of Sociology at Pacific University for a year. Between 2010 and 2018, Cristen contributed to the University of Colorado Boulder as an Undergraduate Course Instructor and served as a Teaching and Research Assistant. Additional experience includes a Community Outreach Internship at Boulder County AIDS Project and administrative support at JFS Wealth Advisors. Cristen earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Communication Studies from Saint Mary's College.
