Erika Crocker

Erika Crocker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and client strategy. Currently serving as Vice President and Principal Culture Consultant at O.C. Tanner since February 2007, Erika has held multiple leadership roles within the organization. Prior experience includes positions at Pitney Bowes, where Erika was Director of Client Strategy & Solution Design, and BBDO Worldwide, working as an Account Executive. Additionally, Erika has a background in incentive program management from Carlson.
