Gina Lee is a seasoned professional in workplace culture and employee experience, currently serving as Lead Advisor for Asia at O.C. Tanner since July 2024. With extensive experience, Gina participated in the Boston Consulting Group Academy focusing on Digital Transformation and Change Management in June 2024. Previously, Gina led employee and channel engagement strategies as Engagement Solutions Strategist and Head of Business Development for the APAC region at BI WORLDWIDE from 2014 to January 2024. At Grass Roots, from 2010 to 2014, Gina was Head of Business Development, driving performance improvement through various engagement programs in Southeast Asia. Early career highlights include roles as District Sales Manager and Senior Account Manager at Toshiba, and Major Account Executive at Wywy Singapore. Gina holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from University College Dublin and has a diploma in Tourism and Hospitality from Kaplan's Asia Pacific Management Institute, alongside education from INSEAD.
