Ciera Akins

Ciera Akins is a customer experience professional with a diverse background in marine science education and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Agent at SolaWave since April 2022, Ciera has previously held customer experience roles at Glo and worked as a Marine Naturalist Interpreter for the City of Newport Beach, where engagement in environmental education was a focus. As Co-Founder of CharlieCurls LLC, Ciera developed an innovative hair curling product aimed at simplifying hair styling for women. Ciera holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Science and Marine Biology from Eckerd College, complemented by various roles in education that emphasize hands-on learning and customer service.
