Rupesh Bharadwaz

Rupesh Bharadwaz is an experienced professional in project management with a focus on the energy sector. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager at O2 Power since August 2022, Rupesh specializes in agile methodologies, quality and safety assurance, resource management, and the management of transmission lines and substations ranging from 400KV to 11KV. Prior to this role, Rupesh worked as an Engineer at ReNew Power from April 2016 to July 2022. Rupesh holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering from ITM, earned from 2011 to 2015, and completed secondary education at Vijetha High School between 2006 and 2009. Rupesh is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
