Blaire Smith

Blaire Smith is an experienced retail and visual merchandising professional with a diverse background in management and e-commerce. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Retail & Visual Merchandising at Kotn since April 2022, Blaire previously held the position of Director, USA Retail at OAK + FORT and served as Regional Manager in the same company. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Ecommerce at Material World Co, Senior Merchandising Manager at Aritzia, and Director of New Business Development at Malia Mills. Early in the career, Blaire was the Director of Development for Newark Mentoring Movement. Academically, Blaire holds a Master of Science in Organizational Change Management from The New School and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Spelman College.
