Joe Seestadt

Joe Seestadt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare and church leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Lab Outreach at Bronson Healthcare since 2015, Joe also operates Joe Seestadt Consulting, LLC, as a Lean Consultant. Additionally, since 2020, Joe has held the position of Lead Pastor and Church Planter at Oak Pointe Church. Previous roles include Young Adult Pastor at Wells Branch Community Church and various positions at the Cleveland Clinic from 2008 to 2015, including Institute Administrator for Pathology and Laboratory Medicine and Director of Continuous Improvement. Joe's earlier experience includes operations management at Kaiser Aluminum and multiple roles at Delphi. Joe Seestadt holds an MBA from Cleveland State University, a BS in Industrial Engineering from Western Michigan University, and an MDiv in Homiletics from Liberty University.
