Kathleen Allen

Kathleen Allen is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in research and mental health services. Currently serving as a Research Fellow at the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education, Kathleen specializes in projects related to violent crime. Previous experience includes a role as Tactical Operations Coordinator at Holtec International and Project Coordinator at Penn State College of Medicine, where Kathleen managed qualitative data coding and provided technical assistance for educational programs. Additional experience encompasses mental health interventions at Community Services Group, family-based therapy at Pennsylvania Counseling Services, and human resources support at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts. Kathleen holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Penn State Harrisburg, a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Penn State World Campus, and certification in Investigative Psychology from John Jay College.
