Emily Graber

Emily Graber is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, human resources, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Learning, Engagement, and Development at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Emily also co-owns MoCo Brewing Project and holds a significant role as an Assistant Inspector General for the United States Department of Defense. Previous positions include Director of Engagement, Inclusion, and Performance at CONSOLIDATED NUCLEAR SECURITY, LLC, and Senior Talent Management Consultant at Y-12 National Security Complex. Emily’s military background includes various roles in the US Army Reserves, where responsibilities ranged from Battalion S3 and Commander to Human Resource Officer. Education includes a Master's in Human Resource Development from Clemson University and a Bachelor's in Business Administration-Marketing from Tennessee Technological University.
