Aubrey Green

Aubrey Green currently serves as the Assistant Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at the University of California, Berkeley, leading efforts to enhance professional development and community-building within the Division of Biological Sciences. With a diverse background in DEIB initiatives, Aubrey has held various managerial roles, including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program Manager at Cash App and Director of Employment Services at the Computer Technologies Program, focusing on improving diverse hiring practices and preparing underrepresented professionals for technical careers. Additional experience includes serving on the Advisory Board of the Oakland Public Education Fund and previously working as Workforce Readiness Program Manager for the San Francisco Unified School District. Aubrey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Hampton University and a graduate certificate in the Education/Teaching of Individuals with Autism from Elms College.
