Gabriela Batista

Gabriela Batista is an experienced Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in operational team collaboration, chronic problem management, and equipment integrity investigations. Currently serving as a Maintenance Engineer PL at Oben Group since November 2024, Gabriela previously held a similar role at TERPHANE from November 2015 to November 2024, where responsibilities included developing maintenance strategies, conducting root cause analyses, and providing engineering support for mechanical issues. Educated with a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from USP/Esalq and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, alongside specialization at Politecnico di Torino, Gabriela has also contributed to production supervision and management of mechanical engineering projects internationally.
