Felicia Muhammad

Felicia Muhammad is an experienced professional in the field of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and education. Currently serving as a Program Coordinator at Oberlin College, Felicia plans significant events like Colors of Rhythm and TEDxOberlinCollege, while also coordinating special graduation ceremonies for LGBTQ+ and BIPOC students. In addition, Felicia has been working as a self-employed DEI consultant since January 2022, developing research-based training and strategy plans for various clients. Previous roles include overseeing DEI initiatives and multicultural programming as the Youth Library Programmer at Cleveland Heights-University Heights Public Library and teaching English at Lutheran High School East, where Felicia reformed the curriculum to include diverse literature. Felicia holds a Bachelor of Arts in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Valparaiso University.
