Alisha Fernandes

Alisha Fernandes is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Senior Manager - HR Business Partner at Oberoi Realty, Alisha has previously held the position of Manager - HRBP at Omkar Realtors & Developers Pvt Ltd. Prior roles include talent acquisition at Kalpataru Limited and human resources at Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance, as well as an HR Associate position. Alisha holds a PGDM from the Welingkar Institute of Management, completed in June 2015, and a degree from St. Andrew's College of Arts, Science and Commerce, obtained in 2012.
