Bill Byers

Bill Byers is a seasoned financial professional with extensive leadership experience across various institutions. Currently serving on the Board of Advisors for Objective Area Solutions since June 2024, Byers previously held the position of Executive Vice-President and Chief Lending Officer at FVCbank from February 2011 to February 2024, managing a 25-person lending team specializing in commercial real estate, commercial and industrial lending, and government contracting. Byers has also contributed to multiple boards, including Loudoun Water, where service on the Board of Directors included roles on the Finance Committee and as Audit Committee Chair, and the Loudoun County Economic Development Authority. Additional board roles include the Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce as Treasurer and Chairman of the Board. Previous banking positions include Senior Vice President at Middleburg Bank and Vice President at BB&T and Wachovia Bank. Byers earned an M.B.A. in Business/Finance from Strayer University and a BA in Political Science from The Pennsylvania State University.
