Lauren Mellencamp

Lauren Mellencamp has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries. Lauren started their professional journey as a Patient Services Representative at American Health Network in 2008 and later worked as an Assistant Office Manager at Apex Therapy Clinic in 2010. The same year, they also joined Indiana Chamber of Commerce as a Marketing Coordinator.

Their interest in sports led their to work as a Coach at Zionsville Youth Soccer Association from 2012 to 2013. During this time, they also held the position of Program Coordinator at the Wellness Council of Indiana.

In 2012, Lauren moved into a leadership role as the Director of Human Resources at O'Brien Automotive Family, where they are currently employed.

Lauren Mellencamp completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business Statistics from Miami University between 2005 and 2009. Prior to that, they attended Cathedral High School from 2001 to 2005. Lauren has also obtained two additional certifications: Certified Plan Sponsor Professional from the Plan Sponsor Council of America in May 2022, and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI in August 2018.
