Jeannette Pepin

Jeannette Pepin is a seasoned software and infrastructure engineer with extensive experience in cloud technologies and system reliability. Currently serving as a Staff Infrastructure Engineer at Observe, Inc. since August 2024, Jeannette previously held roles including IC5 Software Engineer - Cloud at Materialize, where responsibilities included enhancing the reliability of Materialize Cloud through custom observability tools, and Staff Software Engineer at Apptio, where Jeannette focused on developing scalable systems for cloud cost insights. Additional experience includes software development at Return Path, research assistance at VerbCorner, and content development roles at Go Moment and various publications. Jeannette holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Florida.
