Nicholas Speece

Nicholas Speece is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in sales engineering and technical leadership. Currently serving as Co-Owner at Obsidian Exceptional Eyewear since January 2024, Nicholas previously held the position of VP Sales Engineering at Clarifai for a brief period from December 2023 to April 2024. Nicholas's notable tenure at Snowflake spanned nearly five years, where responsibilities included Director of Public Sector Presales, Technical Sales Manager, and Senior Sales Engineer. Earlier roles included Senior Sales Engineer at Proofpoint, Chief Architect at Dell EMC, and Chief Technologist at Intelligent Waves LLC. With additional experience as a System Engineer at EMC Isilon and a Lead Capabilities Engineer at Elantech Systems Inc., Nicholas started a career in the United States Air Force, managing multi-billion dollar weapon systems. Nicholas holds a degree in Software Engineering from Arizona State University, completed between 2015 and 2018.
